Registered Manager

to take the reins of our well-established

50+ bedded residential care home , dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for older people.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standards of person-centred care.Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other governing bodies.Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing effectively.Drive quality improvements and promote a positive culture within the home.Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar-sized service.NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards).Strong understanding of CQC standards and current legislation.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A genuine passion for elderly care and commitment to quality.
