We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established domiciliary care branch in Rochdale. With a strong team and infrastructure already in place, this role is ideal for a motivated and quality-driven manager looking to focus on compliance, service growth, and team development—without the added pressures of on-call duties or personal care delivery.Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the daily operations of a well-established domiciliary care serviceEnsure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high standards of care deliveryLead, mentor, and support a team including office staff, care coordinators, and senior care workersDrive recruitment, improve staff retention, and support ongoing development of all team membersBuild strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals to promote person-centred careLead continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the branch"s sustainable growthBenefit from a leadership position with no on-call or personal care delivery requirementsIdeal Candidate / Qualifications

Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a domiciliary care settingStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsIn-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance expectationsHold or be working towards NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social CareA professional and proactive individual with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding careAdditional Information
