As a Registered Manager, You Will

Lead and manage a 2-bed therapeutic children''s home.Ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.Support and mentor your team, fostering a nurturing environment.Implement trauma-informed care practices.Oversee the daily operations and ensure the well-being of the children.Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with children and staff.Manage budgets and resources effectively.

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager position will have:

At least 2 years'' experience in a residential childrens home within the last 5 years.A minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management role.Level 3 Diploma (or higher) in Children and Young People.Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification (completed or in progress).Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and Ofsted regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and team support skills.A full UK driving licence and eligibility to work in the UK.Must be 21+ years of age due to regulatory requirements.
