This role offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of group tax reporting, compliance and advisory matters in a complex, multi-entity organisation.The RoleReporting directly to the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for:Preparing UK tax disclosures and reviewing European tax workings for group accounts.Managing year-end IFRS tax consolidation and liaising with external auditors.Overseeing UK corporation tax compliance, including capital allowances, CIR, CFC reviews and group relief optimisation.Delivering periodic cash tax forecasting for UK and European entities.Supporting transfer pricing, country-by-country reporting and tax governance initiatives.Assisting with acquisitions, restructurings, international tax matters and responding to BEPS 2.0 (Pillar 2).The Ideal CandidateExperienced UK corporation tax professional, with a background gained in-house or in practice.Strong knowledge of IFRS tax accounting and complex tax arrangements.Skilled in preparing tax disclosures, computations and journals.Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.Immediate or near-term availability is essential for this interim position.For further information on this role, please contact Phil Smyth at Peridot Search.Seniority level
