The home''s Robin Unit is exclusively for people who identify as male.As well as stable and secure employment opportunities, we offer great benefits and perks, and plenty of opportunities to learn, develop and progress.About the roleOur Senior Health Care Assistants work closely with the Nurse in Charge and lead our Care Teams in supporting every aspect of our residents’ day-to-day lives.No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:supporting

people with their personal careassisting

people at meal timesunderstanding

individual health and wellbeing needsencouraging

and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the homepromoting

choice, dignity, independence and respectleading, motivating and supporting

a team of care colleaguesensuring

that care documentation is completed to a high standard.We have higher-than-average staffing levels when compared to other care providers.
