Advancing what mattersThe consultant we are looking for is a specialist in healthcare with a passion for driving innovation and change within the industry.In particular they will have experience in delivering Business Cases within the NHS, alongside a broad, proven consulting skillset. Ideally with a background in finance and/or accounting, highly numerate and confident in presenting data.You will be an experienced delivery professional adept at building client relationships and managing complex engagement.You are responsible for delivering new or existing consulting engagements with high client satisfaction.You are capable of leading large teams while providing deep subject matter expertise and business strategy necessary to ensure quality delivery.Responsibilities:Lead consulting engagements within the Healthcare and Life Science practiceWork in close proximity with the customers, account team, and the delivery team to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutionsProvide direct consulting services to customerResponsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the customerBuild and maintain contacts and relationships with customers to drive lasting account growthResponsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultantsActively participate in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and servicesMust be willing to travel and work remotely as and when requiredRequired Qualifications:Preferably at least 2 - 5 years experience leading consulting engagements for health and/or life science customersExperience operating in big IT environments and understanding of how to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix environmentFluent in English both written and spokenBetter Business Case (Practitioner) certificationRewards and benefits:25 days annual paid leave;Wellbeing programs and work-life balance - integration and passion sharing events;Private medical and dental care;Pension contributions up to 10%;Flex benefits program;Courses and certifications opportunities;If you require additional support with the recruitment process, please let us know during the application process.Learn more about usAt Atos, we embrace diversity as the ultimate engine of ingenuity for our clients, and we constantly strive to create a culture where people feel supported and encouraged.
