EPIC/EPR Healthcare Consultant We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Consultant with strong knowledge of Epic, EPR systems, and MyChart to join our team. This role focuses on supporting healthcare organisations and their staff to adopt, understand, and make the most of Epic/EPR solutions. You will act as a bridge between technology and clinical practice - ensuring that staff feel confident, systems are optimised for workflows, and patients benefit from improved access and communication. Key Responsibilities Guide and support users in the adoption and effective use of Epic and EPR systems, including MyChart. Deliver training sessions, workshops, and ongoing support to clinical and non-clinical staff. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, helping them embed new digital tools into daily practice. Analyse workflows and recommend improvements to maximise the benefits of digital health systems. Provide hands-on coaching, troubleshooting, and optimisation support throughout the project life cycle. Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational teams to ensure smooth transition and high adoption rates. About You Experience working with Epic, EPR systems, and MyChart, ideally within the NHS or other healthcare settings. Strong background in user training, engagement, and change management.
