Meeting & Events Manager Monday to Friday Luxury Hotel

I am looking for an experienced Meeting and Events Manager and for a luxury hotel based in Central London.We are a global brand with worldwide hotels and part of Europes largest hotel company.The ideal Meeting and Events Manager will manage a team including 3 Meeting and Events Executives and one Meeting and Events Co-ordinator in planning and executing meetings, events, and conferences for up to 500 guests, from start to finish.There are 17 event spaces, and the Meeting and Events Manager must have a proven record of accomplishment in event management.The Meeting and Events Manager will receive:Salary of £46,500 per annum plus 10% annual bonus10% Annual BonusUp to 33 days of annual leave per annumMostly Monday to Friday roleFree meals on duty and access to hotel GymTwo complimentary Bonus Breaks
(a free one or two-day break in another property in the UK each year)The Meeting and Events Manager must have:- Organisation and time management skills- Strong leadership qualities- Strong communication skills both written and verbal- Administration and problem-solving skills- Ability to work to deadlines- Customer focused- Attention to detail- Creative- Driven towards maximising sales and meeting departmental budgets- Use of OPERA Cloud and Delphi system is preferable
