Health and Safety Manager

Morgan Law is partnering with a London-based Housing Association to appoint a Health and Safety on an initial 6-month contract. The Role You will:Ensure all Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) actions are completed by liaising with contractors or on-site staffMaintain comprehensive compliance records and deliver regular reportsConduct Health and Safety inspections of every building, produce detailed reports and drive corrective actionsReview on-site compliance checks carried out by service managers and recommend process improvementsAssess service managers'' competence, design and deliver tailored HandS training programmesCompile and present HandS and compliance reports to the Leadership TeamUndertake any additional Health and Safety duties as instructed by the Leadership TeamCandidate Profile Proven track record in Health and Safety and compliance, ideally within housing or facilities managementNEBOSH Certificate or equivalent professional HandS qualificationIn-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation, Fire Risk Assessments and HSG guidanceExcellent record-keeping, analytical and report-writing skillsExperience in developing and delivering training to diverse stakeholder groupsFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Southwest LondonStrong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and compliance databasesWorking Pattern and Location Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)Hybrid model: on-site role with one day ..... full job details .....
