Job Description Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to senior executives. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail. Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the efficient management of confidential information and documentation. Co-ordinating meetings and preparing meeting rooms appropriately. Oversee office management including, ordering stationary and supplies as needed. Be the first point of contact for all external vendors, including IT and building maintanance. The Successful Applicant A successful Executive Assistant should have: Prior experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A professional and approachable attitude with attention to detail. Resourceful and proactive with excellent attention to detail.
