Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Manager located in Bexley. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The role includes managing staff, developing care plans, liaising with healthcare professionals, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, the Registered Manager will be expected to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, manage budgets, and ensure the overall efficiency of the care facility.

QualificationsLeadership and management skills within a healthcare or care facility contextExperience with developing and implementing care plans and proceduresExperience as a Registered Manager or at least 3 years as a Deputy Registered Manager in a similar settingKnowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare industryStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to manage budgets and financial responsibilitiesExperience with building relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsRelevant certification or qualification in healthcare management or related fieldCommitment to providing high standards of care
