Supporting all Phoenix UK businesses, the team is vital in delivering financial clarity, robust vendor management, and secure mobile device lifecycle operations. With a commitment to innovation, accuracy, and lean processes, we work cross-functionally to improve how IT supports healthcare delivery across the UK.About the Role:The IT Service Analyst will monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight, while supporting the full contract lifecycle and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements.Responsibilities:Monitor and manage the full cost lifecycle of UK IT services, including vendor billing and contract oversight.Administer mobile device lifecycle processes: procurement, billing, usage monitoring, and secure deployment.Support the full contract lifecycle, including onboarding, renewals, terminations, and ensuring financial and service-level compliance across all vendor engagements including conducting contract and invoice audits to ensure accuracy and eliminate redundant services.Analyse financial data and support IT budget planning and cost reporting.Maintain accurate records using CMDB and ITSM tools; produce reports using Microsoft 365 and Excel.Support IT service catalogue and asset management, driving efficiency through continuous improvement.Qualifications:Strong financial and vendor management experience, particularly with IT contracts and cost reconciliation.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; attention to detail with a high level of numerical accuracy.Experience of process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, CMDB, and ITSM tools is desirable.Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps or automation tools is an advantage.Effective communicator, able to liaise with internal teams and third-party vendors.Organised, independent, and process-driven with a focus on lean practices.ITIL Foundation certification or experience working within ITIL-aligned environments is desirable.NVQ-level qualifications in Finance or Business Administration is desirable.Required Skills:Strong financial and vendor management experience.Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.Experience with process documentation tools.Organisational and independent working skills.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps or automation tools.NVQ-level qualifications in Finance or Business Administration.Pay range and compensation package:22 days (pro rata) annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.Medicash – a health cash plan to support everyday healthcare costs (e.g. eyecare, prescriptions).iTrent Financial Wellbeing – an app to help manage and access your pay flexibly.High street discounts and offers.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Contributory Pension Scheme.Fully funded accredited training programmes through the Apprenticeship Scheme.Equal Opportunity Statement:PHOENIX Medical Supplies is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.Seniority level
