Helpdesk / Telephone SupportBuilding and deploying laptop clonesInstalling basic laptop componentsProvide basic Microsoft Office 365 supportEscalate and manage 2nd and 3rd-line support ticketsCarry our basic Active Directory tasksAble to support users remotely and on-premisesCreate user profilesRoll out software centrally and manuallyOffer user laptop health checksManaging all tasks via the helpdesk systemReview ticket trends with the line managerSupport team and firm with ad-hoc IT tasksMy client is a leading professional services company, employing over 800 people.
