IT Service Desk Analyst (Hybrid Working) — Liverpool, United Kingdom. Join BDO UK to deliver IT support services within the IT Service Desk function.Responsibilities

Record and resolve IT support incidents/service requests when received and escalate issues to appropriate teams to ensure the IT Support function operates within defined KPIs and SLAs, protecting BDO''s reputation and enhancing customer relationships.Assist the delivery of IT functions within the IT team and the wider BDO business by working on the IT Service Desk.Proactively manage your own tasks and collaborate with colleagues, communicating regularly with senior managers, Directors, and Partners to enable effective client service and identify opportunities to improve delivery and add value.Qualifications

Customer Service ExperienceProven experience of working with Tier 1 Microsoft applications (O365) – EssentialProven experience of Incident Management Systems (ServiceNow) – EssentialFirst Line IT support experience, preferably within a remote support positionKnowledge of the operational and support aspects of computer systems, hardware, software and peripheral equipment including: Active Directory, O365, Windows 10, SCCM, Azure, SharePoint, Mimecast, Cloud Computing, SophosWorkflow Co-ordination ExperienceAbout Us
