We are seeking a capable, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, maintain accuracy across all processes, and act as the key communication link between the warehouse and office teams. The successful candidate will manage a small team of 2-3 staff members and provide clear structure, accountability, and day-to-day leadership. This is a Mon to Fri roleDuties Include:Oversee all inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, warehouse releases, and inventory control.Communicate effectively between the warehouse and office teams to ensure smooth coordination.Lead, support, and develop a small team, ensuring productivity and adherence to procedures.Provide guidance on correct packing methods for high value goods.Liaise with road team operatives when items return to the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, correct documentation, and appropriate packing/labelling standards are followed.Conduct periodic stock checks of stored items.Manage storage client invoices through Xero (experience preferred but not essential).Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, safety, and operational efficiency.Ideal Candidate:Proven experience in warehouse management or senior warehouse supervision.Strong understanding of high value goods Confident and assertive leadership style - able to set boundaries, maintain discipline, and lead a team effectively.
