Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Job Title: Warehouse Manager Salary: Up to £34,000 Location: Chessington Role Responsibilities: Managing the day-to-day warehouse and inventory operations in line with company standards and performance targets.Overseeing goods-in, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns processes.Ensuring a minimum 98% picking and packing accuracy is consistently achieved.Planning and conducting weekly stock counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies.Investigating stock variances and maintaining stock loss below 1% of annual cost of sales.Designing and improving warehouse layout to maximise space utilisation and efficiency.Producing regular operational reports on stock movement, accuracy, and slow-moving inventory.Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth and cost-effective logistics operations.Maintaining accurate goods-in and goods-out documentation and system records.
