With over 1,500 SKUs and a 20,000 sq ft space, this role is crucial for maintaining high standards in stock control, expiry-date management, and timely outbound deliveries.Day-to-day of the role:Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, loading, and dispatch to meet OTIF targets.Manage stock control processes such as cycle counts, reconciliations, and expiry-date monitoring for over 1,500 SKUs.Oversee container loading operations, ensuring compliance with weight management and safety standards.Lead a team of 6 - 12 Operatives, focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, and maintaining high morale.Enforce health and safety compliance, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Utilize ERP system for stock movements and reporting, maintaining high data accuracy and system discipline.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and resolve operational bottlenecks.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or a senior supervisory role in a FMCG, multi-SKU environment.Strong capabilities in stock control and expertise in container loading with a focus on compliance and safety.Hands-on leadership style, ..... full job details .....
