As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will ensure young people in this 12-bed CAMHS service receive high-quality care, while supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork. The wards are busy, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, with a good balance of routine and variety. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service usersBeing responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of careProviding mentorship and support to team membersObserving, recording, and reporting all service user changes, and maintaining accurate records of care providedSkills and knowledge you will have:

The facility includes an onsite school providing educational services while young people are in our care, supported by a full multidisciplinary team.
