Working closely with stakeholders across Manufacturing and Engineering you will use your knowledge and experiences to support our manufacturing systems and processes during initial bid, new product introduction, production and repair to ultimately ensure product quality is met within schedule and budget targets. What the role of the PCB Design Engineer entails:Some of the main duties of the PCB Design Engineer will include:Collaborate with the design and engineering teams at the earliest stages to ensure PCB designs comply with IPC standards and are manufacturable within existing production processesProvide ongoing support during the development stages, offering insights and recommendations to improve design for manufacturability and production efficiencyTake ownership of PCB new product builds, ensuring they meet manufacturing standards and provide valuable insights for continuous product improvementWork with PCB Process Engineering team to implement improvements to PCB processes that enhance manufacturability and efficiency.
