Key Responsibilities:

• Produce mechanical designs, calculations & specifications
• Oversee production of drawings, ensuring deadlines & accuracy
• Prepare detailed design documentation, schedules & reports
• Liaise with clients, project teams & senior management
• Carry out site surveys using advanced scanning tools
• Issue/respond to RFIs & support project delivery
• Contribute to energy modelling & sustainable design

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in mechanical design within building services
• Knowledge of Revit, Hevacomp, AutoCAD & Microsoft Office
• Understanding of current building regulations & low-carbon design
• Strong organisation, communication & client-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
