The Registered Manager will oversee the daily operations of our Children\''s Residential Homes in Chesterfield. This is a full-time, on-site role. Responsibilities include ensuring high standards of care, managing staff, adhering to regulatory compliance, developing care plans, and coordinating with external agencies. The Registered Manager will also be tasked with maintaining a safe and supportive environment for children and staff. Our children come first and foremost!Qualifications
