OverviewPertemps Social Care Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a specialist children''s care provider for an experienced registered manager, for a four-bed children''s home in Derbyshire. The home caters for children ages 8 to 12.

Responsibilities

Safeguard and promote the welfare of the children, ensuring that the quality of care provided is consistent with company and Ofsted standards.

Deliver the highest standards of person-centred care and support at all times.

Build and motivate a highly skilled and engaged workforce.

Ensure that resources, including staff, are effectively deployed to optimise service delivery.

Promote and market the service.

Qualifications and RequirementsSalary offers £40,000 to £51,000. You will need to have an NVQ Level 4 in Children and Young People, NVQ Level 4 in Management, excellent knowledge of care standards (including child protection), and demonstrable experience managing a similar service.
