You will lead this new and exciting ‘HCD Genesis’ project, with a specifically trained head office team, to bring people, with complex Learning Disabilities / Autism and associated mental health issues, out of long stay hospitals back home.HCD Genesis has been specifically created to use the ‘HCD Model’ to work with and help ICBs nationally to comply with the law change in the non-admission to secure units of people with primary complex autism and associated mental health conditions.This is a Head Office and community-based management role, working in partnership with other qualified professionals to meet the needs of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesTo have overall responsibility for the management of HCD Genesis Regional Nurses and Care Leads.Support the day-to-day management in meeting KPI targetsCollaborate with internal teams and external professionals to ensure seamless care deliveryTake the lead on SpecialMeasures meetingsProvide support to the HeadOffice teams and HCD Genesis nurses regarding safeguarding issues and to ensure correct procedures are followedLiaise with the Training Manager to ensure staff training needs are being metEffectively manage any complaints relating to HCD Genesis employeesPromote the rights of each client and ensure their wishes are at the centre of their supportParticipate in the growth and development of the servicePromote excellent customer service throughout the workplace, ensuring communication processes are meeting client expectationsRaise any concerns with the Clinical Operations DirectorEnsure notifications are submitted to the Care Quality Commission as requiredUndertake and support specific projects and tasks allocated by the Company DirectorAttend quarterly management meetingsRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForNMC-registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5 or higher) – qualified for at least 2 yearsLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social CareExperience in Forensic Mental HealthExtensive knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008Previous experience of working in a Management rolePrevious experience of Complex Autism with associated Mental Health conditionsCompetent in Microsoft Office and IT systemsFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicleFlexible and professional with a high attention to detailDesirable:
