and were looking for a people-first leader to help us take things to the next level.This is a hands-on, front-of-house leadership role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings out the best in their team, and has a sharp eye for both detail and guest experience.What Youll Be DoingOverseeing daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient serviceCoaching and motivating the front-of-house team to consistently deliver excellenceOverseeing general opening/closing dutiesMaintaining high standards in health and safety and food hygiene (Alert 65 experience a plus)Working closely with the kitchen team to coordinate serviceOverseeing the use of our EPOS system (Tissl experience useful but not essential)Handling guest feedback and ensuring everyone leaves happyAbout YouYou must hold a Level 2 Food Safety certificationHACCP certification
