Senior Analyst - Spain, UK (Remote) at Vista. This role resides in VistaPrint''s Engineering and Analytics organization, focused on delivering data-driven insights to optimize the customer journey across cross-functional teams.The Commercial Analytics Team is embedded in VistaPrint''s Regional organization to drive strategic opportunities forward and optimize the customer experience. You will partner with product, merchandising, pricing, and marketing teams to uncover insights and drive actionable recommendations.What You Will Do

Be immersed in diverse teams to collaborate on analyses and continually bring forward ideas and insights to drive value for customers.Coordinate across domains and time zones to bring projects from ideation and analysis to documentation and presentation.Act as an internal consultant, sharing concrete insights to help business partners make better decisions across the customer journey (e.g., marketing recommendations, site analysis to improve UX, operations to improve on-time delivery).Tell data stories and communicate risks and dependencies to non-technical audiences using visualization or clear narratives tailored to the audience.Design and execute A/B/n tests to optimize the customer experience and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations (Experience with Statsig is a plus).Continuously learn new techniques with support from in-house experts and training.Own problems that may appear out of scope and proactively offer solutions.Your Qualifications

You may be a great candidate even if you don’t meet every requirement.Experience in eCommerce, particularly with cross-functional Marketing teams.Compelling communication and stakeholder management skills, able to articulate points to different audiences and maintain relationships with key partners.Strong problem-solving skills, including translating a business ask into concrete questions and breaking it down into analyses.Proficiency in SQL (Snowflake), web analytics tools (Google Analytics 360 + Data Studio, Adobe Analytics), and visualization tools (Domo, Looker, Power BI, Tableau).Solid understanding of exploratory analysis and statistical techniques; ability to identify patterns and trends.Excellent organizational skills and a track record of delivering on projects.3+ years in an analytics environment and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or related field.Nice to Have

Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R).Experience with Optimizely, Statsig, or similar experimentation tools.Experience deriving insights from marketing data where controlled experimentation is not possible.Why You’ll Love Working Here
