Sales Executive

Overview
As a
Sales Executive , you''ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting net new customers across the UK and European markets. This is a full-cycle role where you’ll manage your own pipeline, from initial outreach to close, with the support of an experienced team behind you.This is an opportunity to build a career at the forefront of the Microsoft ecosystem while working in a company that rewards high performance, initiative, and curiosity.Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound outreach, warm leads, and inbound enquiries.Own the full sales cycle: qualification, discovery, solution positioning, negotiation, and closing.Understand customer needs and pain points to recommend tailored Microsoft solutions (including Microsoft 365, Azure, and licensing).Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and CRM discipline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Support, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.Stay current on Microsoft products, licensing models, and emerging technologies.Build long-term relationships with clients to establish trust and unlock future opportunities.Required Skills and Qualifications
1–3+ years of sales experience,
preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or IT services .Confidence in handling outbound activity and managing a pipeline independently.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capabilities of holding strategic conversations with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.A proactive, curious mindset with the desire to learn and grow quickly.Experience with Microsoft licensing, Azure, or cloud solutions
is a plus
