Are you a Senior Product Manager who thrives on solving complex, strategic challenges? We have a high-impact opportunity for you to own a critical new platform at Third Bridge.This is more than just a product role; it’s a front and centre position where you will be an architect of our future. We’re building a new strategic platform that will empower our core frontline teams to deliver world-class expert consultations at scale.What You''ll Do

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from its initial launch through to its evolution with AI and automation capabilities. You’ll be the key driver of this pivotal initiative, with a focus on:Platform Ownership: Own the vision, strategy, and delivery for a brand-new strategic platform, guiding it through launch and subsequent years of evolution.Complex Migrations: Lead the migration of our frontline teams and their workflows off a legacy platform, ensuring a seamless and phased transition.Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and deliver a strategic roadmap focused on operational scalability, efficiency, and integrating cutting-edge AI and automation.High-Level Stakeholder Management: Confidently engage and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Managing Directors and other senior leaders, ensuring alignment and clear communication on project status and priorities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Operations, Expert Sourcing, Compliance, Legal, and technology teams globally to ensure the platform meets all business needs and compliance requirements.Data-Driven Decisions: Use both qualitative and quantitative insights to guide product decisions, ensuring our roadmap prioritizes initiatives with the greatest business impact.Agile Leadership: Lead Agile product development efforts with a hands-on approach, working directly with Engineering and UX teams to deliver high-impact solutions iteratively.What You''ll Bring

You will be a Product Manager, with a proven track record of launching complex products and managing platform migrations from start to finish.B2B SaaS Expertise: Significant experience managing products in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in developing tools and platforms for internal or operational users.Strategic Mindset: A proactive and collaborative approach. You thrive on high visibility and are comfortable with an open-door, "oversharing" style of communication.Influential Stakeholder Management: Exceptional ability to manage and influence a diverse set of internal stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite equivalents. You are confident in these high-level interactions.Domain Knowledge (Preferred): A background in financial services is highly preferred, as it will accelerate your understanding of our business and client needs. Experience in the expert network or consulting industries is a bonus.Technical Acumen: Deep experience with Agile methodologies and a hands-on approach to product ownership.Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to guide decisions and measure success.Additional Information
