We’re looking for a motivated Sales Specialist to join BandB Machinery, representing leading brands Manitou and Brian James Trailers across Lincolnshire.Location

The RoleAs Territory Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of BandB Machinery in a key area covering Grantham to St Neots, and Melton Mowbray to Holbeach.You’ll be selling trusted brands including Manitou and Brian James Trailers, while building lasting relationships with customers and delivering tailored machinery solutions to meet their needs.Key responsibilities:Proactively visit customers throughout your area, becoming a known and trusted faceUnderstand your clients’ operations and offer the right solutionsRepresent the BandB Machinery brand with professionalism and prideManage the full sales process from initial contact through to machine handoverWork towards clear targets to help grow your territoryWhat We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused role. You’ll need to be motivated, confident, and ready to take ownership of your patch, all while being part of a supportive, experienced sales team.Ideal candidates will have:A background in agriculture.
