Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Pay: -90 - -115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, long-term

What you''ll be doing:

• Supporting students in the classroom across different subjects
• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students who may need a little extra support
• Helping teachers with classroom activities and resources
• Encouraging a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Supporting students with their confidence, wellbeing, and progress

About you:

• You enjoy working with young people and want to make a difference
• You''re calm, patient, and positive
• You''re a team player and have good communication skills
• Experience in a school or with young people is helpful, but not essential
• A background or interest in education, youth work, or care would be a bonus
