Nursery Manager and Nursery Practitioner Location: Forest Gate E7 Salary: £27,000 - £34,000 per year Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday Contract: Full-time, Permanent We are seeking to recruit a candidate for a Manager position who would fit in to our very busy and highly demanding setting. The rewards are there for the applicable staff member. Qualifications must be Level 3 in Management Early Years or above. The candidate must have at least 3 years as a Deputy Manager and encompass a range of early years skills as the expectations are high for the children. A good understanding of Birth to Five Matters along with the 21 st Century skills Experienced knowledge and understanding of the statutory Framework as well as being able to implement the planning which underpins the EYFS Curriculum as well as a pedagogical approach to support all staff to listening to the children s voices. The ideal candidate will have high expectations for the children s well being for them to achieve to their full potential within our setting.
