Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in drylining, interior fit-out, refurbishment, or passive fire protection? Our client is looking for a talented Estimator to join their team and help deliver high-quality projects across a variety of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review tender documentation to assess project alignment with company capabilities.

• Prepare and submit tenders, collaborating with suppliers and contractors for material pricing and labor availability.

• Ensure all tenders are accurately tracked, meeting submission deadlines.

• Work closely with the operations team to ensure that bids are commercially viable and technically compliant.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator in drylining, interior fit-out, refurbishment, or passive fire protection.

• Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes.
