Legal Counsel – Engineering and Technology ConsultancyLondon | Hybrid (2 days remote) | 3+ PQE (flex here)An international leader in engineering and technology consultancy is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their UK legal team. Operating across multiple sectors including Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Energy, Life Sciences, and Financial Services, this organisation partners with clients globally to deliver cutting-edge solutions and innovation.The RoleAs part of the UK Legal team, you will provide expert legal guidance across a range of business activities. This is a hands-on role involving contract negotiation, governance, compliance, and strategic advisory, working closely with senior management and Group functions.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Management:

Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with UK law and company policies.Legal Risk and Advisory:

Advise stakeholders on legal risks, governance issues, and regulatory compliance.Corporate Governance:

Support governance and corporate secretarial matters, including delegations of authority and record-keeping.Compliance and Insurance:

Assist with the implementation of compliance programs, insurance management, and risk frameworks.HR and Employment:

Provide legal guidance on employment law, IR35, PSC issues, and immigration queries.MandA Support:

Contribute to due diligence and integration for acquisitions.What We’re Looking ForUK-qualified lawyer with

3+ years PQE .Solid experience in

commercial contracts , risk management, and

public sector frameworks

(Crown Commercial Services).Knowledge of

IR35, PSCs, and IT contractor marketplace .Previous experience in

consulting, technology, or engineering sectors
