Paralegal - Fraud and Motor role at DWF. The Fraud Team at DWF is seeking a motivated paralegal with expertise in motor claims to join our dynamic team in Manchester or Birmingham. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Fraud and motor claims in a fast-paced environment, handling complex fraud and motor litigation cases for a wide variety of clients. The position offers hybrid working with expected office presence one to two days per week.Responsibilities

Managing a diverse caseload of fraud motor cases, from inception to resolutionConducting thorough investigations, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnessesMaintain accurate records and case files using the firm’s case management systemLiaise with clients and external parties, providing updates and ensuring case progressionReview and assess motor insurance claims, identifying potential fraud indicatorsCollaborate with clients, insurers, and other parties to obtain necessary evidence and documentationResearching to support legal strategies and case developmentWhat will help you succeed in this role?

Previous paralegal experience in fraud or motor insurance claims is essentialStrong knowledge of the UK legal system and civil litigation processExceptional attention to detail and the ability to work under pressureDesirable
