Owing to ongoing success, a highly desirable role as Head of National Sales has become available. The successful candidate will hold a pivotal role by optimizing sales performance by designing and executing the national sales strategy. Everyday duties will entail: Leading a multi-region sales team Incorporating a robust sales pipeline Forecasting and expanding on retained national accounts Building an effective sales culture Management of both the sales function and staff Setting high standards of excellence and professionalism It is envisaged that the successful candidate will be highly professional and knowledgeable with a background in construction or plant hire.
