With an excellent Director of Development and a dynamic Senior Leadership Team, this Head of Philanthropy role will lead philanthropic income strategy and delivery to achieve ZSL''s fundraising ambitions. ZSL, the Zoological Society of London Head of Philanthropy Permanent Level: Senior Management Salary: circa £75,000 London with hybrid working 2 days per week in the Regents Park Office The Head of Philanthropy is a new role and will be responsible for driving philanthropic income to support ZSL''s mission. Setting both philanthropy strategy and being hands on, this role will work and lead a small team to identify, cultivate, and secure major gifts. This role will personally look to develop relationships with donors capable of giving seven and eight-figure gifts, and work with the team to develop a strong culture of philanthropy at ZSL. This will include securing unrestricted funds, restricted gifts to specific conservation activity and capital gifts. The role includes leadership of ZSL''s mid-value Patron programme and ZSL''s Fellowship.The successful candidate will be able to evidence setting strategy and delivering successful philanthropic income growth.
