Team Leader

at our new residential service supporting men with enduring mental health needs. You\''ll provide hands-on leadership, ensure safe, recovery-focused care, and help shape a positive team culture from day one.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and supervise staff

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care

Manage rotas, staffing, budgets, and care documentation

Support recruitment, training, and HR processes

Oversee health and safety, audits, and service upkeep

Attend reviews and liaise with families and professionals

Step in for management and participate in the on-call rota

Qualifications

Experience in mental health care and team leadership

Strong organisational, mentoring, and communication skills

Knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance

Commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred support
