About the roleInclusion and Mental Health SupportLocation: WakefieldSalary: £90 - £115 Per Day (Inclusive of Holiday Pay)Start Date: ImmediateType: Temporary, Full-Time RoleSalary depends on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum requirements include recent experience (within the last 2 years) working with children, young people, or vulnerable adults, ideally within a school, nursery, childcare, youth work, mental health, play, or care setting. References from these roles must be obtainable.The RoleSeeking an Inclusion and Mental Health Support Worker for work within our partner specialist provisions. Responsibilities include supporting young people with additional needs, SEMH responses, challenging behaviors, and trauma-related responses. Work will be in group and 1:1 settings with various ages and learning levels. A nurturing, patient, empathetic attitude and resilience are essential.The SchoolThis setting supports pupils with social and emotional difficulties and special needs.RequirementsExperience working with children or young people within the last 2 years.References from these roles must be obtainable.Hold or be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check registered with the Update Service.Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
