The Client
- A subcontractor with expertise in Groundworks, RC Frames and Structural Alterations.
- They have a current turnover of -60m and work on schemes up to -25m across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing extensive administrative support to the business.
- Providing a link for site adminstrators/Document Controllers
- Support the Managing Director as a PA.
- Dealing with routine phone calls and enquiries including any purchasing and site orders
- General ad-hoc duties as they arise
Person Specific:
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills - able to liaise with internal departments and people at all levels.
- You must have worked in the construction environment.
- Self-motivated approach to work
- Happy to get stuck in wherever is needed
- Well presented with a polite professional telephone manner
- Quick learner and keen to learn about the business/industry
