A leading City law firm is looking for an experienced banking and finance lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its Specialty and Structured Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value structured finance transactions within a progressive, people-focused and entrepreneurial environment.The Role

Advise originators and lenders, including fintech lending platforms, mortgage originators, asset managers, challenger banks and credit funds.Work on public/private securitisations, warehouse financings, forward flow deals and portfolio sales.Gain exposure across consumer loans, SME lending, RMBS/CMBS, trade receivables, corporate loans, speciality finance and esoteric assets.Collaborate with two leading Partners on deals from £5m to £300m+.About You

Senior Associate / Legal Director with 5+ years’ PQE in banking and finance.At least 2 years’ structured finance experience (drafting and leading deals).FinTech/regulatory exposure is beneficial but not essential.Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for networking and client development.What’s on Offer
