Overview

Senior Associate, Client Coverage - UK Intermediary. Located in London. You will manage a group of accounts and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to boost new investment business from IFAs and wealth managers. This is a heavily telephone-based role with ambitious outbound targets. You will monitor BNY market share and positions for advisory firms, maintain CRM accuracy, document meetings, and support campaigns and regional events.Responsibilities

Manage a group of accounts and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to boost new investment business from IFAs and wealth managers.Handle a heavily telephone-based role with ambitious targets for outbound calling levels.Monitor BNY market share on Financial Clarity and positions for advisory firms.Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and document meetings.Follow up on campaigns and regional events; assist with national event activities and selected regional work.Qualifications

Proven track record in client relationship management, especially in distributing investment products.Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK market, including regulatory changes and other product providers.Ability to clearly and effectively present BNY Mellon IM products and solutions to various client types.Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.Professional telephone manner, strong listening and questioning skills, and the ability to lead discussions and influence others.Interest in and understanding of investments and economics.About BNY
