A globally respected practice with 130+ partners and an international network across Europe and Asia.Market-recognised expertise in procurement, construction and development including regeneration schemes, joint ventures and infrastructure.A collaborative culture where you’ll have visibility with senior leadership and real input into client strategy.A clear path for career progression, supported by ongoing professional development.What you’ll be doingLead on drafting and negotiating a wide range of non-contentious construction contracts, from JCT and NEC to bespoke agreements.Advise on complex development arrangements, due diligence and large-scale projects across diverse sectors.Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, shaping their development and contributing to the growth of the practice.Play a visible role in business development and sector engagement, enhancing both your profile and the firm’s.What you’ll bring5+ years’ PQE with significant non-contentious construction law experience.Strong knowledge of JCT, NEC, FIDIC and other standard forms, with the ability to handle bespoke agreements.Experience advising investors, developers, funders or housing and accommodation providers.A commercial mindset, team and the confidence to lead on complex matters.Who this suitsYou’re a lawyer with proven experience in construction who thrives on high-value, non-contentious work.
