Office Administrator

Responsibilities
Support fee earners, PAs, secretaries and other business support departments as required.
Providing a defined administrative service, following standard operating procedures
Delivering an exceptional electronic and hard copy file management service
Sort, scan, rename, distribute incoming mail to the dedicated centralised filing area
Manage outgoing mail, collate hard copy enclosures and obtain approval
Provide photocopying, scanning, and printing as per customer instructions
Handling original documents, such as wills and deeds
Preparing engrossed and certified copies of original documents
Preparing electronic bundles for the Courts
Raising queries and concerns with designated individuals, as required
Maintain all filing and work areas in a tidy and orderly manner
Skills and qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and other systems implemented by the firm.
Excellent communication, organisation and team skills
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative
Able to remain clam under pressure and work to tight deadlines and defined SOPs
Conscientious, approachable and enthusiastic
Able to quickly build confident, respect and trust with others
Have a positive approach to daily tasks and have a solution focused working method
Details
Salary: £24,570 per annum plus company benefits
Location: Bath, BA1 1RG
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9.00am-5:30pm, 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Work Model: Fully onsite
