Job Overview

Millfield Prep School is looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join their team. The Transport and Office Administrator will support the smooth and efficient running of the school and provide excellent customer care at all times. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transport process, cover for reception as and when required, assist with general administration and take minutes for school meetings.

Ability to be adaptable and flexible

This is a term time plus 4 week position working 35 hours per week, 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday during term time, and 9.00am - 3.00pm outside of term time.

This role offers a salary of £18,117.13 per annum (inclusive of statutory holiday pay), plus an array of staff benefits including freshly prepared lunches for only £10 per month, access to school facilities, and discounts/cashback on high street shops and restaurants through the school’s Employee Assistance Programme.
