Overall accountability and responsibility for the day to day management, co-ordination and control of Cleaning, Catering, Tailoring, Bar Work, Shops, and Café on site, including Cleaning Manager, Mess Manager, Catering Manager 6-7 supervisors and circa 60 on site staffMaintain excellent client/customer relationshipsWork in conjunction with department managers to plan, organise and coordinate service activity across the siteActive involvement, promotion and support of activities aligned towards employee engagementTo contribute to the growth of services in order to meet client and commercial expectations whilst maintaining strict budgetary control in line with client and Sodexo expectationsDriving License is EssentialDue to security clearances you must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of 3 yearsKnowledge and experience of working in a management role within the soft FM service industryLeadership skills and knowledgePeople management skills including general HR skills in recruitment, training and managing employee performance including disciplinary and grievance proceduresManagement knowledge of health and safety and food safetyLocation and Schedule
