A unique opportunity is now available for a General Manager at Thames Motor Group Tunbridge Wells.Thames Motor Group are main dealers for the exciting brands - Fiat, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Leapmotor. We are well established with over 50 years of trading and have been based on the North Farm Industrial Estate, Tunbridge Wells, Kent for nearly 30 years. Developing and motivating the current Managers, with a strong emphasis within the sales team.Managing all the department activities, buying and selling used car stock, setting, tracking and meeting KPI objectives.Satisfying and retaining existing customers whilst developing new customer opportunities, as well as working effectively within the dealership team to ensure industry-leading standards of customer care and satisfaction at all times.The person
