Job Description:Commercial Litigation Associate

The Role:You will play a key role within the Tier 1-ranked Commercial Disputes team, working closely with UK and international partners renowned for their mentorship. The role involves handling a diverse range of high-profile Commercial Litigation cases with FTSE100 clients, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract, professional negligence, and more. You will gain experience in both domestic and cross-border disputes, collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 PQE and solid experience in Commercial Disputes

Ability to manage a varied caseload and work with diverse clients

Comfortable engaging in business development activities

Enjoys teamwork and supporting junior colleagues
