Overseeing 2x Projects based in the West Midlands, valued between -5m to -12m in value, reporting into a visiting Managing QS. Supported by an Assistant QS.-

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a high-profile building project, working under the NEC form of contract. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cost management, contract administration, and project delivery within the construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer NEC contracts and manage project finances

• Prepare valuations, cost reports, and final accounts

• Work closely with the project team to ensure financial control and contractual compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience with NEC contracts ideally. If not, JCT D&B

• Main Contracting experience-

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
