Our client is a growing legal practice located in West London who are recruiting a proactive Real Estate Paralegal to join their dynamic team.This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in residential conveyancing, working closely with a Solicitor and supporting a broad range of transactions.The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with 1 day working from home.Key Responsibilities:Drafting security documents, particularly for lender buy-to-let transactionsHandling SDLT submissionsObtaining redemption statements from outgoing lendersSubmitting and managing HM Land Registry applicationsDealing with HMLR requisitionsUpdating systems including LMS and Lender ExchangeCirculating documents via DocuSignAssisting with the movement of fundsCarrying out completion searchesPreparing draft completion statementsSubmitting applications to Companies HouseKey Skills:1-2 years experience in conveyancing - essentialLaw degree required (minimum qualification)Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essentialStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesConfident working independently and as part of a teamFamiliarity with LMS, Lender Exchange, and HMLR processes is highly desirableThis position would suit a motivated, detail-driven Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is eager to develop within property law.If you are a Paralegal with experience in ..... full job details .....
