In this context, we are looking for an experienced Leadership Development Senior Manager to join our Global Leadership Development team and support the delivery of the portfolio of Leadership and Management development experiences for the House.The role is international by nature: from collaborating with regions and divisions for local execution of globally designed programs to participating in live events with participants from across the House. This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of the Global Learning Roadmap and gain knowledge about CHANEL overall, all Divisions, Regions, and Corporate functions, while creating impactful and memorable experiences for our employees.Working directly with the Global Head of Leadership Development, you will have a wide range of responsibilities including:Responsibilities
Leading end-to-end Imagine CHANEL Leadership (ICL) 2026 program, including:Leading the project to deliver ICL 2026 (including communications etc)Partnering with Events lead for all events / logistics related to program (including nominations process, production company management, venue management etc)Designing the program where neededDeveloping all program content, including:Leading all contracting and partnerships with external keynote speakersBriefing and preparing content for all internal speakersBriefing and preparing content for all internal facilitatorsBriefing and preparing content for CHRODelivering the program – and potentially MC-ing throughoutEvaluating impact of program – collecting and summarising feedback/impact through end of program and end of year participant surveys and developing recommendationsSetting up and leading post-program virtual ICL Activation sessions with ICL program alumniLeading delivery global ICP ecosystem of learning solutions for People Managers, including:ICP EssentialsLead end-to-end design and delivery of quarterly virtual, live global modules (from planning through to evaluation) including PandO Preview sessionsLead end-to-end Train-the-Trainer (TTT) for each global module (from planning through to delivery)Support, monitor and track local deployment of ICP Essentials modules (including enabling of translations, external facilitators etc)Managing external vendors as required (e.g., Sweetrush, Cognizant)ICP OnlineLead project to complete and optimise Global ICP BLOOM Channel (including design of channel, content curation, implementation in BLOOM China, campaign to launch channel)Support any additional projects for digital People Manager tools – e.g., My People Manager agent?Managing external vendors as required (e.g., Emeraude)ICP FocusLeading delivery of ‘Manager as Coach’ Program:Continue managing vendor (Run Yourself)Completing Pilot 2 of 60 participants (Aug25-Aug26)Defining scale up model for program moving forwards post pilotsDesigning and delivering other specific capability led learning solutions as requiredICP CohortLeading project to design and launch pilot of global ICP Cohort program in 2026 (Phase 2 onwards)Managing external vendor to complete project (Sweetrush)ICP Ecosystem GeneralOwning and managing plan and budget for all of aboveManaging vendor relationships to deliver all of above (including contracting and internal assessments when required)Reporting and presenting on ICP impact as required (e.g., ICC, Monthly Learning Lead Meetings, PandO Strategic Projects etc)OtherSupporting on design and delivery of Leadership Collective as neededActively contribute Imagine Chanel Committee (ICC) meetings (i.e., prepare and present slides)Actively contribute as a member of the global LandD team, wider LandD Community and PandO Community (e.g., attend meetings)Stay connected and partner closely with other Global CoEs as needed – e.g, DandIWhat You Will Bring…
At least 5 years end-to-end leadership development experience and expertise - from strategy and design through to delivery and evaluationExperience in instructional learning design and managing multiple workstreams and projects in parallelExperience and confidence facilitating to all sizes of group – both in-person and virtually (or willingness to learn and grow in these areas)Excellent listening and influencing skills, with the ability to interact and partner with a wide range of stakeholders, leveraging strong relationships to influence others, adapting to people and situations to reinforce your impact.Attention to detail and ability to mix high-level strategic perspective with a pragmatic approach to help run projects and live events efficiently.Experience working across a matrix organization – preferably in a global capacityExperience managing external vendors and partnersOutside-in thinking and knowledge of external emerging trends in leadershipComfortable with technology and digital as enhancers of learning experiencesYou are energized by…
