As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing our Swadlincote branch. Overseeing the setup, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the branchRecruiting, developing, and supporting a team of care staffBuilding strong local relationships with service users, families, and professionalsEnsuring CQC compliance and safeguarding best practicesDriving growth and quality within the serviceRequirements

What We’re Looking For:Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or community care (essential)Strong leadership and organisational skillsA proven track record of achieving high standards and service developmentNVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulationsBenefits
